No one went down to OSU, saturday race was canceled on friday. 13hrs is a bit too far for one race when the chances of that one being on werent even 100%.

I got some low intensity rides in; saturday 1.5hrs easy with toph then sunday with 5 of aces finest we rounded out 2 hrs 30 mins for my longest ride of the year by almost an hour. It was low intensity but the time started to get to me at the end. Need to get some of those other ACE weenies out that are married to their trainers. Hoping for lots more group rides, no trainer or solo ride beats racking up miles in a peleton. Saturday 55 miles with VCR then off to sunny AZ for lots o biking... and some B-E-A-Utiful tan lines.

Not mine. But we have 7 racers going down to kick some ass at OSU. The weather has been terrible for biking the last month, very cold and snowing 5 days a week. Spinning has been tough... mentally. I'm ready for Arizona, found a trianing crit for Wednesday when we are down there. Go kick some ass this weekend, NMU!

-38 windchill

Looked at weather.com today and saw a real temp of 0 with crazy winds a -38 windchill. I'm getting my moneys worth for the trainer. My last build cycle starts tuesday. The intensity picks up to threshold work and im going to try to get some decent time on the bike. Being able to squeeze a longer outside ride a week is nice but this one looks chilly.

First race, still not sure about is OSU on feb 23/24. Then AZ bike vacation for spring break!!! Still don't have any routes planned yet but getting really excited to get lots of miles in. Nothing new on the Ace front, team rides should be starting in a few weeks.
