Sunday 6 of us rode, Garrett, Belic, Eric, Andrew, Chad, and myself, but the snow is back. My workout today was a pyramid (trainer) 230w, 255w, 280w, 255w, 230w. And then a classic picture I found online, it looks like the most fun... I've ever seen.

january in the yoop
Its a long winter and I feel slow, wonder if it has anything to do with my new bike?
I just found out I'll be going to Arizona for spring break with Garrett. Of course the bike will be coming along and many miles of fun will be had. Until then adding to the pain bank by way of the trainer, I will be cashing it in come spring.

free time
1 1/2 weeks still till school starts leaves plenty of time for playing. Spinning a few times a week, skiing, and picking up the piano now... i've got a rough life but dont feel bad for me I can handle it. Heres a graph from cyclingpeaks of a good spin I had a week ago, 5 intervals pyramid style.
Tonights ski was nothing short of amazing. Hans and I went out to forestville with headlamps and hit up the noque trail. NOTE TO SELF: Never try out the hilliest course you've ever done in the dark for the first time, especially when you're no good to begin with. I wish I would have brought the camera, we skied over a couple of big wide open lakes which were untouched except for the xc ski track which ran right through the powder.
